Thursday Homework

No reading assignment tonight besides Rough Drafts for speeches are due tomorrow.


Social Studies: Journal 7, Paragraph 2 with parent edit is due tomorrow.

Wednesday Homework

Reading:  Students with reading folders need to read for 15 minutes and get a parent signature.

Students who did not finish the making change worksheet with 10 problems will need to finish it for homework.

All students need to finish up the rough draft for their speech about a topic related to the Oregon Trail.  The rough draft is due on June 1, 2012.  Speeches will begin June 6.

Tuesday Homework

I will not be assigning math or spelling homework this week so students can use their study time to finish up their speeches.  Rough drafts  are due Friday.  Reading students with a reading folder still need to read aloud and get a parent signature.  Resource students will still have spelling assignments.  Students need to be ready to deliver their speech on June 6.  This is also the cut off for  students to take Reading Counts tests this year.

Tuesday Homework

Reading: Students with reading folders need to read for 15 minutes and get a parent signature.

Math:  Comparing Decimal Numbers 11-5 (both Homework and Remembering except #14 and 15 on remembering side.)

Social Studies:  Journal 5 Paragraph 3 was written in class today.  Paragraph 2 was written Monday in class.  Parents, please edit these 2 paragraphs tonight.
