Wednesday Homework

Reading: Students with reading folders need to read 15 minutes and get a parent signature.  If you have a Read Naturally passage be sure to practice your minute timings every night!!!

Vocabulary Pictures for Chapter 1 of Sarah, Plain, and Tall  are due tomorrow.  Some students have been asked to re-read Chapter 1 and fix up their errors on today's test.

Spelling: Spelling Sentences with this week's high frequency words.  If you have earned your four fours on previous papers, you just need to put your words in ABC order. Only 1 student has met this goal.

Lastly, tonight is the last night to read for the Ridgeview Read-a-Thon.  Room 13 has done an awesome job, having more than doubled their goal!  Keep it up :)  

Tuesday Homework

Reading: Students with reading folders need to read 15 minutes and get a parent signature.  All students need to read Chapter 1 in Sarah,  Plain, and Tall and be prepared for a comprehension quiz tomorrow.

Math: Unit 2-5 page 81 and 82 Perimeter and Area of Parallelograms

Social Studies: Students are bringing home an information sheet about an Oregon Region Diorama at-home project.  These information sheets give very clear directions.  This project is due April 2 and is to be completed at home. Please contact Mrs. Ancell is you have any questions or concerns.

Math: We are currently assessing multiplication/division facts for Term 2 progress reports.  Some students are still practicing their facts for this final assessment.

Spelling:  CCC with this week's word from Theme 2, Focus on Mysteries.

Make sure you practice your X12 facts as well as your division facts for 12's.  Final tests will be this week.
