Social Studies: Journal 3 Paragraphs 1 and 2.  These paragraphs  were an in-class assignment and many students were able to finish up.  Some students need more time to finish both paragraphs and will need to do this tonight.  All students need to have their parents read, edit, and sign Journal 3, paragraphs 1 and 2.  Thank you for your help.

Monday's Homework:

Reading: Students with a reading folder will need to read assigned reading and get a parent signature.

Math: Two sided page: Percents as Fractions/Decimal Practice

Social Studies:  Journal 2 (all four paragraphs) written on final copy paper.  Some students finished this assignment in class today.

Wednesday Homework

Reading: Students with reading folders need to complete their required reading and get a parent signature.

Social Studies: Students have  written the first 3 paragraphs of Journal 2 in class.  Tonight they need to sit with a parent or adult and edit their 3 paragraphs.  A parent signature is required.  If there are spelling errors, these errors need to be corrected so final copies can be completed in class.  Thank you for your support on this assignment.

Tuesday Homework

Reading:  Students with reading folders need to read required reading and get a parent signature.  Many students will be re-taking the Sarah, Plain and Tall test this week.

Math:  11-6 page 285

Social Studies:  In class students have written Journal 2, paragraphs 1 and 2.  They will need to finish these 2 paragraphs if they didn't finish in class.  We will write one more paragraph in class tomorrow on Windlass Hill and then all three paragraphs will come home tomorrow night for a parent edit and signature.  Thank you for your support on this assignment.
